·        Responsibility of Customer:

 The works below are not included in the elevator installation work and should be carried out by the building contractors in accordance with our drawing. Relevant international or local codes

·       Construction of lift shaft, machine room and shaft ceiling according to layout drawing .Shaft steel structure and shaft cladding to be supplied and designed by other if required.

·       are poured concrete bearing wall, rough openings are to be provided to accept entrance frames and filled in after frames are set. Rough opening shall be suit the elevator contractor.

 

 

 

 

·       Plumb-line tolerance over the whole hoist way must not exceed +30 mm.

·       Final civil work/finishing work of the landing doors and any other civil job required.

·       Any type of breaking of civil work will be done by the building owner OR Civil Contractor.

·       Air-conditioning of machine room and hoist way temperature must be between + 5 to + 40 degree C.

·       and grounding conductor to suit elevator power characteristics.

·       Supply of the main switch, MCCB, DB BOX, Adequate Earth line

·       Electrical power in machine room for installation

·       Permanent power supply 2 weeks after start of installation for trail runs.

·       Temporary power supply (outlet) at landings in immediate vicinity of shaft, if power outlet in machine room is not available at commencement.

 

During the free service Period: Daily Maintenance (Lift Operator)

1.      Daily Checking items.

A.     Check if there is any abnormal noise during the running of motor:

B.     Check if there is any vibration of motor;

C.     Check if the installation environment of controller changer;

D.     Check if the cooling  fan of controller works normally;

E.      Check if the controller is over heated

2.      Daily Cleaning:

A.     Keep the controller in a clean status;

B.     Clean the dust from the controller and prevent the dust especially the metal powder from entering the controller;

C.     Clean the oil dirt in the cooling fan of the controller;

D.     Provide service & maintenance work free of cost for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of commissioning of the elevator.
